Its main exports are coffee, sugarcane products (such as molasses), gold jewelry, apparel items (including textiles), chemicals (such as fertilizers), wood products (such as furniture) electronic equipment (such as computers), medical supplies (such as pharmaceuticals) and food products (such as processed fruits). El Salvador also receives remittances from citizens living abroad which help to support its economy.
